Fall With The Almost Indian Family
It's fall everyone! We are loving it and making the best of it by going to the pumpkin patch. We missed out on this the last few years because I was huge and pregnant. I'm not sure about you, but walking around looking for pumpkins when I couldn't see my own feet didn't sound fun. My family and I couldn't wait to go this year. There are dozens of apple orchards around here which means a lot of pumpkin patches, corn mazes, apple cider, apple donuts, and hundreds of apples to pick. Some of you may have even seen us there on periscope. Nannamma (grandma) drove here just to take us to the best apple orchard around. My oldest son decided to be the navigator for our trip. He got a map, looked at all of the places to go, and told us exactly where to go. Turn left here. Go here. Stop here. Granted he doesn't know his left from his right... Needless to say, his directions didn't really make sense. The best part was he didn't care where we ended up. He just wanted to find the apples with daddy. As you can see, he found them! Levi probably had the most fun getting apples. I don't think I ever saw him without a mouthful of apples! We even looked in his bag and every single apple had at least three bites taken out of it! I think he could have been there all day. Actually, I think he could live there and be perfectly happy. He would have a full belly and have a life of adventure looking for apples.
