Expanding our little chaotic family

As if we didn't live in enough chaos with two boys under two, a traveling husband, and a crazy mama, we're about to add more chaos! Yep, you've got it... We're pregnant again. We love our little monkeys and are excited to expand our family. 

 

Liam was extremely excited. We told him a few weeks ago and he quickly told us that he ONLY wanted a sister, her name will be Elsa or Anna, and she will have powers. We told Levi, his response... Mine. So, that either means my stinker of a son is telling me I'm his mama, the baby is his, or he wants to show me how naughty he is. Either way were in for some pretty big changes. Here are just a few. 

 

1. New car. There is now way we can fit three little munchkins in the back and ever hope to drive more people around in our little honda. Joel immediately informed me a van is not in our future and that we'll be getting an SUV. He's wanted one forever so he's happy. 

 

2. I NEED to get my kids sleeping through the night in the next 8 months! They will start out in their beds brilliantly. That was a big task earlier this year. They decided that they hated their own beds. Now they always end up in our bed around 3 am. We're so tired that we pull them into our bed without thinking. I refuse to have a "family bed." It is mine! 

 

3. I'll never sleep. Ok I realized this after my first son, but it's confirmed with every new addition. 

 

4. I'm about to loose what little sanity I had left. 

 

5. The likelihood of my husband EVER coming home to a clean house, dinner made, kids bathed, and myself dressed for the day resembling a person who hasn't been chasing booger infested kids all day no longer exists. Sorry Hun.
